Our Water/Wastewater department will began flushing water mains on June 20th. This is done each year to remove any sediment from the pipes in order to maintains water clarity and quality. This process will take about one month to complete. While we are working, you may hear gurgling in your plumbing fixtures and pipes and/or you may smell a foul odor for a short period of time. To minimize any of these potential issues, close your toilet lids and be sure there is water in all of your drain traps.
