Special City Council Meeting

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

            Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Le Sueur City Common Council will be held on Monday, February 6, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building for the following purpose:

1.         Consider Recommendation by the Planning Commission on the following:

MOTION – RE-ZONING.  Request by the City Council of the City of Le Sueur, pursuant to Le Sueur City Code Secs. 27-12 (F), 27-20 and 27-31a, to rezone recently annexed property (Parcel No. 10.012.7900, containing approximately 34.92 acres) owned by Traxler Construction, Inc. from Transitional (T) to General Industry (I).  The subject property in the proposed zoning amendment ordinance is legally described as:  The West 1147.75 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 111 North, Range 26 West.  REQUEST IS FOR A RE-ZONING.
