A.  Acknowledge Henry Kress’s Resignation from the Economic Development Authority and thank him for his 23 years of service to the Organization.

B.   Consider a resolution initiating the rezoning of property subject to a joint resolution for Orderly Annexation with Ottawa Township from the Transitional (T) District to the General Industrial (I) District, and submitting proposed ordinance therefore to the Planning Commission for its review.
